■ご予約お申し込み後、日本語で予約内容を返信します。このメールは自動返信の為、このメールが届いた段階では予約は成立しておりません。自動返信のメールが届いた後、3日以内に英語で予約内容を再度送信いたします。英語のメールが届きましたら、内容を確認して必ずご返信下さい。お客様から確認のメールが届いた時点で予約が成立します。

■After you give an application at the site, contents of a reservation are sent in Japanese. This mail is an automatic reply. Your reservation hasn't been concluded by this mail yet. After the mail of the automatic reply is received,contents of a reservation are transmitted in English within three days. Please confirm contents if you receive English mail, and please be sure to reply. A reservation is concluded if confirmation mail is received from you.

■After completing a reservation, the booking change or cancel a reservation, please contact immediately.
■お客様が当ホテル宿泊の前に日本に滞在する予定がございましたら、滞在ホテルの名前と電話番号をお知らせ下さい。

■Please inform us the name of the hotel and a telephone number if there is a schedule to stay in Japan on the day before our hotel.
■お客様が旅行に出発する直前、または、宿泊日の１週間前に予約の最終確認のメールをお送り下さい。 もし、最終確認のメールを頂けない場合はご予約をキャンセル致します。

■When you leave your country, or, one week before staying at our hotel, please give us the mail of the final confirmation for your reservation. Please note that a reservation is canceled when there is no mail of that final confirmation from you.
■料金は宿泊当日に現金払いかクレジットカード払いとなります。 クレジットカードによる事前決済は承ることが出来ません。

■The charge becomes the cash payment or credit card payment on that day of staying. The prepayment with the credit card cannot be received.
■2005年4月1日より、法令にて『日本国内に住所を持たない外国人』の方の宿泊に関しましては、『氏名』『住所』『職業』および『国籍』『旅券番号』の記載と、「パスポートの提示及びコピー」が義務付けられましたので、ご理解ご協力をお願い申し上げます。

■Effective April 1, 2005, Japanese legislation makes it mandatory that you, as a “non-resident foreign guest”, present your passport and have it photocopied as well as having your nationality and passport number, in addition to conventional information such as full name, address, occupation, etc. entered on the registration form. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
